The biryani subterranean haunt has created an after-hours bar menu and spiced cocktails, reminiscent of the illicit drinking dens of Hyderabad. The Blind Tiger (a nickname given to speakeasies in the ‘20s) is dishing up a menu of signature small plates and snacks and shaking up their cocktail menu, mixing nightcaps such as the ‘Zaffrani Zamana’ with saffron infused whisky, Angostura bitters and cane syrup, and ‘Gande Sapne’, a punchy vodka based cocktail with cardamom, sesame seeds and coffee liqueur. The Blind Tiger launches on16 August, running every Friday and Saturday until late September.
