In his time as Chef Patron, Raymond has shared his skills, knowledge and ethics with every member of his team - 35 have since gone on to earn Michelin stars. Join Raymond and a stellar line-up of acclaimed chefs including Michael Caines, Hide's Ollie Dabbous, Clive Fretwell, Robin Gill, Agnar Sverisson (of Texture), Gary Jones and Benoit Blin for an evening of culinary collaboration in spectacular taste.
Each of the seven chefs will be rejoining the kitchen where they received their training to create a dish for the autumnal feast. The evening (on 15 October), includes a seven-course dinner with accompanying wines, coffee and petits fours. Tickets are priced at £345 per person for non-resident tickets.
