London’s most authentic Kansas City style BBQ, are taking their smokers East to the newly refurbished London Fields Brewery for a special 6 month residency.

The masters of ‘Q are serving their signature slow-smoked meats and dishes including the likes of 14-hour applewood smoked pork; hickory smoked chicken wings; and their famous 16-hour hickory smoked USDA briskest served on a toasted bun slathered in their award winning BBQ sauce. Prairie Fire emulates the flavours of the Kansas City greats, keeping it slow-n-low for that Deep South soul - by a Kansas City-native.
