Da Lat Rose at Crustacean

An invitation-only, high-end restaurant featuring a menu by chef Tony Nguyen, who is also responsible for helming the kitchen downstairs at the iconic Crustacean.

Named after the city in Southern Vietnam where chef and owner Helene An grew up. The An family, also owns AnQi in Orange County, the original Crustacean in San Francisco, Tiato in Santa Monica and Than Long in San Francisco. The Beverly Hills stalwart Crustacean - which has been in business for over 20 years - has recently benefited from a striking $10 million refurbishment, which includes the upstairs eight-seat chef's counter and private dining room.

Heralded as the “mother of fusion” cuisine, House of AN’s Master Chef Helene An and her signature Euro-Vietnamese fusion cuisine remain a constant inspiration at both restaurants. Expect a fun and inventive approach to modern and elevated Vietnamese cuisine paying special tribute to the country's rich culinary history - with a 12-course tasting menu inspired by An’s life. Priced at $225 per person.
