London’s renowned contemporary Japanese robatayaki restaurant is hosting this one-off dinner (in their Mayfair outpost) pairing sake from Tatenokawa brewery with a 15-course menu created by Roka's Group Executive Chef Hamish Brown and featuring some of their best loved signature dishes such as rock shrimp tempura with chilli mayonnaise and lamb cutlets with korean spices. The sake, served at the dinner, includes Roka 15 junmai daiginjo, created in a limited edition to celebrate Roka’s 15th anniversary. Tickets are priced at £115 per person (including drinks).
Yellowtail sashimi with yuzu-truffle dressing; rock shrimp tempura with chilli mayonnaise; crab black cod and prawn dumpling with chilli dressing and cedar roast baby chicken with chilli and lemon.
