Italy’s youngest two Michelin star chef is heading to Dubai for one night only cooking at an exclusive dinner.
Enrico Bartolini is also the only chef in the history of the Michelin Guide to have been awarded four stars at the same time, including two for his eponymous restaurant at the MUDEC Museum of Cultures in Milan. Enjoy a five-course dinner (priced at AED495) of exclusive dishes by Bartolini. Dishes include: slow-cooked Chilean seabass with fennel and saffron, breaded veal chop with white truffle and baked meringue with strawberries - accompanied by live entertainment and a fashion show.
