Layla at Life House Collins Park

An all-day waterfront eatery serving seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired homestyle cuisine.

Nestled in the hotel's courtyard overlooking the Collins canal, Mama Joon draws inspiration from Life House founder and CEO Rami Zeidan's Lebanese background.

The vegetable-centric menu features influences from the cuisines of Lebanon, Southern Italy, and also Greece with dishes given a 'Miami twist'. Expect plenty of sharing plates, plenty of mezzes and authentic and modern Mediterranean dips and dishes.

The bar serves as a coffee and tea spot during the day while at night it transforms in to Mama’s Bar, serving up low ABV spritz cocktails that are inspired by the Mediterranean coastline and feature ingredients like falernum, kaffir lime and herb infused Mastika.

a self-described modern Middle Eastern restaurant and lounge. Taking over the former Mama Joon space, it serves up cuisine inspired by Life House’s Founder and CEO, Rami Zeidan’s Lebanese background and Head of Food & Beverage, Daniel Levine’s Jewish roots. Guests can dine on expansive mezze platters, roasted cauliflower with shawarma spice; braised lamb; Za’atar spiced chicken; and grilled branzino served with caramelized fennel, roasted tomatoes, capers, and shallots. The cocktail menu was crafted by World Class Top 10 Bartender Nathaniel Capenos, keeps the Mediterranean vibe going offering drinks made with ingredients such as saffron, cardamom, and baharat.
