Marygold’s Brasserie, the much-anticipated restaurant collaboration from chef Brad Kilgore (who made a name for himest at Alter) and the Bar Lab team (behind Broken Shaker), has opened inside the Arlo Wynwood hotel. Dine in a modern, high-ceilinged space featuring lush greenery, booths and banquettes, and a wraparound Calacatta marble bar.
The menu focuses on Florida-inspired cuisine with dishes such as beignets with jerk oxtail, baked oysters with ’nduja and rye crumbs, grouper al pastor, and Baked Florida, a twist on the classic featuring tropical fruit semifreddo. Drinks are equally as creative.

Sunset on la Playa - a blend of Illegal mezcal, Strega and Giffard Banane liqueurs swizzled with orange juice, lime, a coriander-turmeric elixir, and a dash of aji amarillo and garnished with a plantain chip, or the Inca Orchid - a blend of Patron blanco, pisco, and fresh lemon and lime shaken with housemade Peruvian chicha morada (a drink made from Peruvian purple corn flavored with fruits and spices).
