During the limited time run at Avec Nous at the Viceroy L'Ermitage Beverly Hills, Chef Carlos Zamora is dishing up a taste of the cuisine that's drawn crowds for the past couple of years to his popular restaurant La Marea, located in the heart of Playa del Carmen.
A native of Mexico City, previous to helming the La Marea kitchen, Zamora cooked in restaurants across Mexico including at Moxi, operated by world-renowned Chef Enrique Olvera. His five course tasting menu is priced at $78 and available through to November 30.

Scallop and coconut ceviche, beef tenderloin with corn, huitlacoche and chipotle jus and chocolate flan with chocolate custard, macadamia nuts, Breton cookie and vanilla bean ice cream.
