Another of Naples most celebrated pizzaioli is opening in London...

Regarded as one of the most respected Neapolitan pizza maker in Naples, Sorbillo has since expanded his eponymous restaurant with outposts in Rome, New York, Tokyo and Miami. The celebrated pizzaiolo joins L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele and 50 Kalò di Ciro Salvo Pizzeria as the third pizzeria grandissima from Naples to open in London. 

His menu is decidedly Italian, from the classic Margherita to the Nduja pizza with spicy Calabrian salami - all using the same organic flour and 20-hour dough fermentation as he does in all his locations. Typically served unsliced, the pizzas arrive with a sauce-heavy center and a fire-charred crust.
