Tim Siadatan is Chef Director of Trullo, a British Italian restaurant and Padella (pictured) - an immensely popular bistro specialising in handmade pasta dishes. The supper club sees Tim collaborate on a four-course menu that's "a little British, a little Italian and featuring the very best of our local produce."
