Miami's Design District will soon welcome an ABC Kitchen from Jean-Georges Vongerichten's restaurant group. Expect a (shabby-chic) temple to inventive, seasonal, and local cooking with produce sourced from nearby farms and cooperatives.
On the farm-to-table, sustainable and ingredient-driven menu discover much of the seasonal fare is actually GMO-free and also grown and made without pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, antibiotics, or hormones.
