Last year’s sold-out event returns (at their Timmy Green site in Victoria) featuring 11 of Australia’s top wines alongside an imaginative eight-course tasting menu of seasonal Australian dishes. This year, they are also serving and showcase the wines of many of the Adelaide Hills producers who have lost their livelihood in the fires with proceeds donated towards victims of the bushfires. The dinner is priced at £95 per person.
