An Australia Day brunch and charity auction in aid of the NSW Rural Fire Services.

Pacific - the contemporary Japanese pop-up restaurant by acclaimed Australian chef Shaun Presland - is hosting a fundraising Australian barbecue-style brunch on Australia Day, 26th January, 11am - 4pm to raise funds for the NSW Rural Fire Services. 

Pacific’s Executive Chef, Shaun Presland, is from one of the affected areas in Australia, and will be cooking up an Australian barbecue inspired feast. Expect cocktail-sized hamburgers and meat pies, beef steaks with a choice of tomato, yaki naki and wasabi chimichurri sauces, prawns with garlic shisho butter and chicken wings with honey soy sesame. 

A charity auction will also be hosted at Pacific, with 100% of the proceeds from the day being donated. Tickets cost £50.

There will also be an auction held on the day which includes prizes such as a week’s stay at a luxury beach house in Palm Beach, Sydney, a sushi masterclass with Shaun for 6 people and a bespoke dinner for 6 cooked at the winner’s home. Pacific will also be adding £2 to every bill throughout January and February which will be donated to NSW’s Rural Fire Services.
