The colours, flavours, rich history and culture of eating hummus - in the Middle East - come together in the first reveal (taking place at Allpress Espresso in Dalston) of a new restaurant concept by Eyal Jagermann, original co-founder and head chef of The Barbary. Dine on an array of nutritious plant-based dishes alongside plates of hummus - using the finest chickpeas and tahini. Tickets are priced at £33. The drinks list (charged additionally) focuses on natural wine, local and international beer and signature cocktails.
