A modern neighborhood restaurant offering a spin on American classic cuisine from the James Beard Award-nominated chef.

Housed in Coral Gables' Thesis Hotel, the earthy-chic dining room follows a farm-to-table philosophy and serves up an eclectic spin on American cuisine. Head Chef Pablo Zitzmann, formerly of South Miami's shuttered No Name Chinese, oversees the wood-burning oven and grill in the open kitchen, and a daily-changing menu dictated by fresh, seasonal produce - with ingredients sourced from the Chef’s own farm.

Lunch features a number of breakfast-inspired egg dishes alongside sandwiches and salads, while dinner at the open-kitchen showcases modern American cuisine with Patel's touches, including pizza, pasta, and a panoply of dishes from the oven.
