Perfectly located, just a few steps away from the Place du Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower, Hôtel Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadéro is celebrating the start of Spring with a pop-up greenhouse in the heart of its garden. The transparent structure reflects the wide range of colours found in the garden: from pink camellias, ‘bulb’ hyacinths in bloom and tender green ferns, with ivy and branches of magnolia outlining the structure. The wrought iron garden furniture, woven rugs and soft lighting are all antidotes to winter greyness.
Surrounded by the lush greenery, dine on a 4-course, plant-centric menu (€69 per person), with dishes such as sea bass tartare with aloe vera coconut milk and crunchy radish flowers and passion fruit and chocolate 'pod' pudding. Open for lunch and dinner until the end of April.
