Tom Cenci at Stoney Street

Loyal Tavern’s Tom Cenci returns to Stoney Street by Night for a 3-month residency.

Cenci - who was also previously the Executive Chef at Duck & Waffle before the (now closed) Loyal Tavern - is behind this three-month residency at Stoney Street by Night as chef Alex Hely-Hutchinson opens her kitchen to support those who have been affected by the pandemic. 

His menu at the Borough Market site features British produce with a few quirky US ingredients and a focus on sustainability and reducing food waste with nose to tail cooking and using as much of the animal as possible and championing unsung off-cuts. 

Available Wednesday to Saturday, expect small bites including cornmeal pancake with butter, charred corn and spring onion, followed by larger plates such as the chef’s take on a cheeseburger.
