Taishō at Aquarium de Paris

A pop-up summer terrace set on the Rotonde de l’Aquarium de Paris serving up the flavours of Japan

Japanese chef Keisuke Yamagishi, of the Michelin-starred Etude restaurant, is behind this summery pop-up nestled on the charming terrace - which references the Taisho era of Japan in the 1920s - and breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. Expect creative cuisine blending Western and Japanese flavours from Kabosu flavored salmon tartar to chicken karaage and aubergine served with a sweet miso. There are also tempting Japanese themed cocktails that pair beautifully with the outdoor atmosphere and a selection of wines.

The terrace is open daily from 12pm to 10pm for lunch and dinner.
