The décor has been inspired by Greek mythology, with mosaics created by French artist Laetitia Leotard, which portray the legend of Zeus’s kidnapping of Europe - the inspiration behind the restaurant’s name. The restaurant also features artwork from French artist Roger Capron. The centrepiece of the restaurant is the olive wood ‘Chef’s Table’ and the open kitchen.
Chef Rocco Seminara’s Mediterrean menu focuses on fresh local produce with ingredients from the hotel’s impressive vegetable garden. Dishes include: fresh lobster with green beans, lamb with roasted parsnips, a take on the classic carbonara, and Provençal classics such as Bottarga.
