A pop-up terrace on the forecourt of the Palais de Tokyo with a menu by Mory Sacko, celebrating street food.
Ahead of the opening of his first restaurant, Mosuke this September, comes this summer pop-up with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. Designed by the Assembly Group (Silencio, Wanderlust) with futuristic décor designed by Visual System group and a menu created by chef Mory Sacko.
Sacko was trained by Thierry Marx at the Mandarin Oriental and became one of the most popular contestants on Top Chef. At Edo, dine on eclectic street food cuisine with Asian and African influences using local and seasonal French produce. Think staples in Japanese cuisine include noodles, sandos and teriyaki dishes with sutble African inspired influences.
