Zuma is once again bringing its signature upscale Japanese cuisine to Greece for the third time but this time in a purpose built location. The sesaonal, sleek poolside destination promises alfresco dining along with stunning vistas over the seascape and sunsets with the sound of chilled house beats
Set between classical Mykonian, white-washed villas climbing up the cliffside, and the Aegean Sea, Zuma Mykonos features natural granite boulders; stone, and a perimeter wall made in the traditional Mykonos stacking stone design with palm trees and pergolas providing welcome shade.
The space will take guests from day to night, serving the restaurant’s familiar staples, including spicy beef tenderloin with sesame; chilean seabass with green chilli and miso-marinated black cod. For a flight through Zuma's signature dishes, guests can also opt for the 'Zuma Omakase menu, a selection of 10 of the best-loved dishes designed for the whole table to share.
Alfresco dining
Sliced seabass with yuzu, truffle, salmon roe; roasted lobster with green chilli and garlic shiso butter; and spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chilli and sweet soy.
