This pop-up outdoor summer restaurant, aperitivo bar and reclaimed garden makes for an incredible setting for Parle's hyper seasonal, simple summer food. Choose from a daily changing blackboard menu by Parle - who's also the chef and restaurateur behind Rotorino, Craft London and Palatino. Dishes might include: clams cooked with butter and fresh peas and chicken cooked over wood stuffed with ricotta and nduja and an American Pie for the table.
The transformed Victorian setting overlooking Regent’s Canal, features an incredible display of hundreds of dahlias gently cosseting the secluded, socially distanced dining tables. Onsite there's also a wine shop on site from Uncharted, a beer shop from BierCraft and The Goods Shed selling fresh produce. Open Wednesday to Sunday from Friday 31st July.

Red prawns, burned lemon & marjoram; chicken cooked over wood stuffed with ricotta and nduja; grilled courgettes with green wheat, roast tomatoes and tahini sauce and lobster grilled with lardo and rosemary.
To give something back, JOY is working with a number of local charities to help deliver fresh ingredients to locals in need. Diners are given the option to ”pay it forward” by adding a vegetable box to their bill to donate on their behalf.
