One Love

Great British Menu judge Andi Oliver has teamed up with her Remarkable Places To Eat co-star Fred Sirieix to launch a Caribbean cooking pop-up at Clapton Country Club.

Caribbean home cooking dishes have been inspired by Andi's Wadadli Kitchen concept (with the occasional French twist), with Sirieix curating a list of affordable French wine pairings and rum cocktails to kick things off - in a month-long residency.

Plates - taken from Antigua to St Lucia, Cuba to Jamaica, Martinique to Guyana include Andi’s famous chocolate curry goat and Wadadli mac & cheese plus BBQ Tofu seared on a Weber grill with some dishes have been given a French twist such as plantain fried in French butter with lime and ginger. The pop-up starts on Thursday 20th August and continues every Friday and Saturday up until the 12 September.
