Having recently opened in London - which is just one of three within the growing collection with the others in Milan and Ibiza. IT began life as an Ibizan fine-dining restaurant and still each of the outposts is under the supervision of Chef Consultant Nino di Costanzo - from the two Michelin-starred Dani’ Maison in Ischia, Italy - yet pays homage to the White Isle with nightly live music and DJ sets.
IT founder Alessio Matrone desribes the concept as “a unique atmosphere where fine Mediterranean cuisine meats the Balearic beat of Ibiza”. With the Miami outpost - expect glitzy interiors and a vibrant and contemporary vibe alongside a gourmet menu, featuring unusual twists on the classics whilst showcasing the authentic flavours of southern Italy.
