The Dairy Bermondsey

As before, the paired-back modern eatery focuses on produce-led dishes using seasonal dishes, and serve wines from small and independent producers.

Having opened in Clapham in 2012, the family-run restaurant established itself among London's most successful new-wave places to eat - offering a produce-led menu and style derivative of Noma (where the critically acclaimed chef-patron Robin Gill had previously worked) that used a modern tasting menu aiming to create a countryside farm to table concept using seasonal British ingredients in a laid-back neighbourhood restaurant setting. Now located close to two of London’s most famous food centres, Maltby Street Market and Borough Market - there's a new menu in place but with a few of their best known dishes making it across.
