Etchebest has worked in some of France’s top kitchens such as Grand Hôtel de Saint-Jean-de-Luz, The Miramar in Biarritz and The Martinez in Cannes and also alongside Christian Constant at the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris. Since then he has struck on his own with a series of “canteens' throughout Paris and his native Pau - including the highly rated La Cantine Du Troquet as well as being a popular judge on Masterchef and Top Chef France.
Expect a traditional bistro in all its splendour - with authentic bistro fare with accents of France's South-West, spiced up with a Basque touch - made with top-notch ingredients and sourced from the best producers.
