A contemporary mirrored pop-up nestled on the breath-taking terrace of the tallest all-suite hotel in the world. This new pop-up restaurant sits beside the iconic 100-metre infinity pool with uninterrupted views across the clear azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. Expect an eclectic yet chic design and a refined yet laid-back vibe reminiscent of the beach clubs of Capri, Saint-Tropez and Mykonos.
Headed up by Chef Roberto Rispoli, Head Chef of Shimmers on the Beach, serving a Southern Mediterranean menu with sea-inspired dishes from the Iberian Peninsula in Spain and Portugal such as catch of the day - grilled or baked in sea salt.
Open daily from 12.30pm until 11pm.

Prawns in roasted tomato sauce; homemade Trenette pasta with king crab, seabream Isolana, and sea salt crusted sea-bass.
Following lunch take a dip in either of the two pools or lounge in an air-conditioned cabana or reserve one of the terrace sun-beds for uninterrupted water views. Pool and terrace access and packages (from Dhs450) are available on request.
