Chef Founders Jack Croft and Will Murray are inviting the cook, food writer and broadcaster into the kitchen for this one-off dinner. Sharing a passion for waste-free cooking and eating the seasons, the chefs’ menu will be an innovative showcase of Autumn’s ingredients, and each dish will be paired with a taster cocktail from the award-winning Hepple Spirits. Tickets are priced at £65 per person.
Corn ribs with lime; mushroom parfait with shitake and shallot, and sourdough with whey butter; Jack Croft’s leek with hen of the woods and parmesan; breasted grouse with creamed corn and cod’s head served with butter whipped with Fallow’s homemade sriracha sauce.
Tomato and lovage spritz; Hepple’s Sloe & Hawthorn gin with Somerset cider brandy and Suze and a sweetcorn bramble.
