Soho's Manteca are welcoming underground cult favourite supper club Supa Ya Ramen for a one-off ticketed event, with all proceeds donated to the charity Magic Breakfast.
The menu will be created together by Chris Leach of Manteca and Supa Ya Ramen's Luke Findlay, championing their individual cooking styles in a quirky mash up of the two with dishes including: grilled kimchi sausage, spicy pig's tail steamed bun and Manteca's pork broth with Luke's signature noodles and garnishes.
To accompany the feast are cocktails such as a dirty dashi martini; sake white negroni; sake highball and a kimchi bloody mary, served alongside natural wines and house-fermented seasonal softs. Tickets cost: £35 per person.
Spicy pig tail steamed bun; grilled kimchi sausage and noodles with pork and parmesan broth made from the trotters, pork bones and skin, house made mortadella croutons, a soft fudgy egg, green onions and pickled chilli.
