Belazu Virtual Charity Banquet

Ethical ingredient company Belazu is holding a virtual banquet and charity cookalong on 4 December, with an impressive line-up of chefs taking part. The event offers you a chance to cook along with top chefs from the comfort of your own kitchen. The stellar line-up includes Ottolenghi development chef Ixta Belfrage, Quo Vadis chef proprietor Jeremy Lee, chef Ollie Dabbous of Hide fame, James Elliott of Pizza Pilgrims and Anan’s Eyal Jagermann. Tickets cost £90 a household, and you’ll be provided with enough ingredients to create a five-course vegetarian feast to comfortably feed four people. The proceeds will be shared between The Belazu Foundation - who work with communities in the UK to promote education and healthy eating - and Hospitality Action to aid their assistance of hospitality employees facing poverty and homelessness.
