NeueHouse and acclaimed Angeleno Chef, Ray Garcia, have joined forces to return the Broken Spanish restaurant to Los Angeles’ dining scene.
Chef Ray Garcia is bringing back his critically acclaimed restaurant, Broken Spanish, this February. NeueHouse are hosting the residency at their Hollywood location - a new home for the groundbreaking restaurant to operate following its closure in 2020. From February 25th until the end of March 2021, a limited number of reservations are available for dinner Thursdays until Sundays.
The Broken Spanish menu represents a continued evolution and progression of Chef Garcia’s beloved Alta California-inspired dishes, including house favorites alongside new seasonal creations. Expect dishes such as duck meatballs with nopales, bacon & chipotle and crispy pork belly with garlic mojo & pickled cabbage salad. RSVP.
