Adrift Burger Bar by David Myers

Legendary Michelin-starred chef David Myers’ Tokyo-inspired burger pop-up...

After nearly a decade of traveling and opening restaurants across the globe - from Singapore and Hong Kong to Dubai and New Delhi - Chef-Restaurateur David Myers celebrates a return to the city’s dynamic culinary scene with a limited-time-only pop-up burger concept located along Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice.

The Burger Bar looks to elevate - with a global perspective - one of America’s most celebrated comfort foods including Myers’ most iconic burger recipe. The no-fuss menu features Myers’ celebrated burgers, available in single, double, triple, or with a plant-based option alongside an assortment of globally inspired sides and elevated milkshakes.

As for the Adrift space, the former Hal’s Bar & Grill building has been overhauled by designer Danny Gonzales to feature muted tones accompanied by lush greenery, and with art from blind contour artist Sophie Kipner.
