Internationally renowned chef and restaurateur has plans for a new 16 cover restaurant in Mayfair.
Located next door to his Michelin-starred flagship Pollen Street Social - the restaurant, which only serves a set menu, will be a “purely creative outlet” for Atherton, creating dishes “inspired by his travels around the world.” Atherton sites this venture as his version of The Araki, the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant in Mayfair with just nine seats.
