Gal Ben Moshe, who helms the Michelin-starred Berlin-based restaurant Prism, has teamed up with local chefs, Nick Alvis and Scott Price in a one-off culinary collaboration. The event takes place on Thursday 25 February, from 7pm at Folly by Nick & Scott.
Ben-Moshe is known for pushing the boundaries of Levantine cuisine and during the six-course dinner, diners can expect to dine on dishes such as mutton tartare, grilled red mullet and roast pigeon with beetroot and baharat, alongside signature Folly dishes. The six-course degustation menu is priced at AED 850 per person inclusive of wine pairing.
Textures of Arabic cucumber with khubeza, marinated kiwi, grilled avocado and black yuzu powder; sirloin of beef, smoked oxtail croquettes, shimeji and red wine and roast pigeon with beetroot and baharat.
