The glamorous outdoor dining concept features a huge five-metre chandelier installation dripping with crystals, decanters and stoppers, and a slate and granite Bowmore bar - taking inspiration by the black rocks of the Scottish coastline where the whisky is made.
Alongside the raw seafood bar the menu includes three oyster selections served in a Bowmore oyster luge - paired with a choice of whisky - as well as lobster rolls, gravadlax and Blue Shrimp ceviche also on the menu. Open daily.
