Cook Along with Ollie Dabbous

Ollie is giving you the chance to learn how to create a perfect dinner party menu at home, in a one-off online culinary event.

On Friday 7th May you will be sent everything you need to prepare a restaurant quality four-course feast at home and invited to join a live, virtual cook-along with Ollie guiding you through the process. Designed to showcase the best in seasonal produce, the meal includes dishes such as watermelon gazpacho with lemon verbena and dry-aged ribeye steak with crushed green herbs. Priced at £200 for two, with nationwide delivery and also includes a bottle of dessert wine.

Watermelon gazpacho with lemon verbena; roasted hand-dived Orkney scallops served with crushed peas & mint; dry-aged ribeye steak with crushed green herbs, grilled spring onions & confit Jersey royals and a red berry & stone fruit clafoutis with lavender & crème fraiche.
