After Paris and Cannes, comes this outpost in the Hôtel Barrière Le Carl Gustaf. Located in Gustavia, the Parisian-style brasserie and terrace (furnished with hardwoods, wicker furniture, and soft fabrics) - has incredible views over the lights of the port, while only a few steps from the center of town.
On the menu brasserie classics are revisited - such as beef fillet in a pepper sauce and rum baba - alongside with reinterpreted Caribbean dishes - with Pierre Gagnaire signature “twists” and incorporating local flavours and ingredients. There's also the chic and understated terrace bar.
