Overlooking the beach in Flamands, La Case restaurant at the ultra-luxury hotel Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France is one of the most iconic dining spots in Saint Barthélemy. Open for lunch and for dinner, the restaurnat is overseen by the celebrity chef -  winner of the French edition of “Top Chef” in 2012, Imbert already runs several other restaurants, including Swan in Miami, and To Share in Saint-Tropez. 

La Case de l’Isle is just a few steps away from the sea with the menu showcasing the highlights of Caribbean cuisine - with plenty of responsibly sourced fish and local Caribbean delicacies. Highlights include Yellowfin tuna with crispy rice and basil and local octopus with mango and passion fruit.
