Nehmann by Drew Snaith

A former Le Manoir chef is behind this convivial and creative pop-up dining restaurant concept taking place in Camberwell this July and August.

Chef Drew Snaith, who’s worked at Le Manoir and Brunswick House, is going solo with his own restaurant concept Nehmann (meaning neighbour in olde English), using this pop-up as an opportunity to develop experimental dishes - using hyper-seasonal and foraged produce.

The à la carte menu will continuously evolve, aside from some signature dishes such as lamb tongue nuggets with marjoram mayo and Chalkstream trout with braised beans & dill yoghurt, lemon verbena. Drew is also offering a Have A Punt chef’s selection (£45) featuring dishes in development using unusual ingredients and pairings.

The pop-up runs from 21 July to 27 August Wednesday to Friday, 6pm - 9.30pm.
