Mater by Gonzalo Luzarraga

A contemporary fine dining restaurant from the highly acclaimed Michelin-starred chef.

Mater draws from Gonzalo’s own experiences including the time he spent at Alain Ducasse’s three-Michelin-star Louis XV in Monaco, Le Clivie in Northern Italy where he was awarded a first star of his own, and Viennese Kuchlmasterei, where he picked up his second. More recently Luzarraga was Chef Patron at Rigo (pictured) in Parson's Green - an Italian fine dining room, with a 'kitchen without borders' philosophy. With Mater - expect a contemporary fine dining experience that wont disappoint, with elegant dishes such as Gonzalo’s onion and parmesan cappellacci, a Nino-bergese style risotto and seven-year aged Fassona beef, paired with sake, shiitake, soya and chicory.
