Anglo's Mark Jarvis at Bourne & Hollingsworth

Bourne & Hollingsworth are hosting a series of very special Studio Suppers in partnership with Wild At Heart flowers and Maison Mirabeau wines.

Running monthly until the end of the year, each supper club will be hosted by a top guest chef at the newly launched B&H Studios in Clerkenwell. The inaugural event takes place on Thursday September 23rd with Modern British chef Mark Jarvis of Anglo in Farringdon - who has previously worked at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and Texture. 

The studio space, located above the Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings, will be dressed for each event in an individualistic and original manner that fits perfectly with the theme of the evening - overseen by Wild At Heart's Nikki Tibbles. Alongside the tasting menu - there's paired wines by Maison Mirabeau with the Estilo String Quartet providing the soundtrack. Tickets cost £140. 

 

 

Signature Dishes

Glazed onions with coffee kombucha & kombu butter; steamed halibut with smoked haddock velouté, sea herbs & charcoal oil; slow cooked beef fillet with horseradish porridge, molasses & confit beetroot and hedge berry granite with burnt meringue.
