Mohamed Cheikh at La Pagode de Cos

The winner of the twelfth season of Top Chef, Mohamed Cheikh, takes over the kitchens of La Pagode de Cos in the 5-star hotel La Réserve.

Winner of the 2021 edition of Top Chef is spending two months at La Pagode de Cos restaurant - the culmination of a relationship that began more than a decade ago, when Mohamed Cheikh did his first chef’s internship with Jérôme Banctel - the two Michelin-starred chef of La Réserve Paris. 

From 8 October to 4 December, in parallel with his highly successful pop-up Manzili restaurant, the celebrated winner of Top Chef (and former protégé of Eric Frechon) is currently overseeing a contemporary travel-inspired menu throughout his residency at La Pagode de Cos - featuring flavors and influences from all over the world. Highlights include: homemade fettuccine with lobster and tarragon; scallops a la plancha with avocado puree with grilled sesame, passion vinaigrette, persimmon and Kalamata olives and fried cauliflower in tandoori-flavored oil, white sauce and roasted cashews.
