An 'unconventional restaurant' hosted by the oldest Champagne House, with a stellar line-up of some of Paris's most talented chefs.
From October 16 to 31, discover Ruinart through a series of unique lunches and dinners in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. The invited guest chefs include Alexandre Gauthier, Antonin Bonnet, Alessandra Montagne, Cathy Paraschiv, Julien Sebbag, Céline Pham and Valentine Davase - offering a very limited series of dinners, lunches and brunches inspired by refined gastronomic pairings of the “Ruinart taste”. The program also includes tastings led by the Maison's oenologists, workshops, talks and a temporary exhibition of works from the Carte Blanche by British visual artist David Shrigley.
