The internationally-celebrated restaurateur Massimo Bottura is best-known as the chef patron of Osteria Francescana, the three-Michelin-star in Modena which has topped the list of the World’s Best Restaurants - is inviting some of his protégés to collaborate for one-off dining experiences at his restaurant at the W Dubai - The Palm.
Next up is renowned chef Himanshu Saini - one of the youngest celebrated Indian Chefs who's behind the World's 50 Best awarded Trèsind Studio restaurant. In collobration with Torno Subito’s Head Chef Bernardo Paladini, dine on an exclusive 8-course tasting menu featuring specially curated dishes blending Italian and Indian flavours. Dinner is priced at AED 499 per person.
Steamed red shrimps with cocktail foam, sea asparagus, lettuce, and black caviar; roasted Mediterranean octopus with celeriac puree and black cabbage; ricotta and spinach ravioli dish with egg yolk and black truffle and slow cooked veal cheek, served with polenta, fossa cheese and balsamic sauce.
