The high profile rainforest-themed Madrid restaurant Amazonico has since opened outposts in Dubai and London. Expect the Mykonos outpost, to similarly take inspiration from the cultural diversity and gastronomic heritage of the Amazon region.
Expect theatrical, tropical forest-inspired design - with the space dressed in an opulent green-gold colour scheme, with lots of exotic wildlife and foliage. A spectacular setting for a menu spanning the countries of the Amazon by way of Japan - with big, fresh South American flavours. Highlights include charcoal-grilled steak, specifically the Chilean Wagyu fillet, and super-fresh, zingy ceviche and avocado and mango-strewn salads.
