Cura

A highly acclaimed and highly recommended Michelin star restaurant, dishing up contemporary Portuguese cuisine.

Designed by Miguel Câncio Martins, Cura (which sites proudly in the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon) has its own entrance from the street, inviting you into an intimate yet glamorous timeless restaurant setting - with a strong nod to the 1950s. Madeira wood panelling and bevelled mirrors adorn the walls, Bahia blue granite adds colour to the tables and bar and there's a striking Picasso-inspired carpet.

Chef Pedro Pena Bastos (who's worked with Brett Graham at the two-Michelin starred The Ledbury, London) helms the open-view kitchen and dishes up the innovative gourmet cuisine - focusing on different combinations and the best locally sourced seasonal products. Expect plate after plate (choose one of the several tasting menus) of artfully presented dishes displaying sensational flavours and compelling combinations. Organic and Portuguese wines head the wine list, alongside a carefully curated selection of biodynamic wines.
