From the antipasti, highlights include bruschetta with porcini mushrooms or a classic parmigiana di melanzane. Follow with a beautifully seasoned ravioli or tonnarelli pasta dish, perfectly paired with a bottle of Puglian primitivo to cut through the richness. With just enough room for dessert, the evening would not be complete without tasting either the tiramisu or nutella petit gateau. Naturally, to close the palate you’re left with a tray of homemade savoury sweet biscuits and crisp glass of limoncello.
