The Instagram sourdough-pizza sensation garnered a cult like following during the COVID-19 pandemic. After selling inspired natural leavened square pizzas at pop-ups during the pandemic, chef Greg Tetzner and partner Jackie Richie have created their first brick-and-mortar location in the Design District. Order from a selection of appetizers such as polenta-crusted chicken wings and sourdough garlic knots and choose one of their acclaimed pizzas including the 'Shroomz' with maitake and oyster mushrooms and wild ramp salsa verde.
