Three Michelin-starred Mirazur’s Mauro Colagreco returns to Dubai’s One&Only Royal Mirage.

As the chef-patron of three-Michelin-starred French Riviera restaurant Mirazur – named the World’s Best Restaurant in 2019 – and renowned for his seasonally driven, innovative cuisine showcasing the lighter, fresher flavours of the South of France and the Mediterranean. Chef Mauro Colagreco is hosting two unforgettable gourmet experiences at his esteemed fine dining restaurant Celebrities.

On the December 3rd and 5th, guests can expect an exclusive menu at Celebrities hosted by Chef Mauro himself. The evening includes a specially curated menu featuring signature dishes such as lobster with persimmon, hazelnut and trout eggs and seabass with parsnip espuma, lime and walnuts & aquatic mint emulsion. The menu is priced at AED 525 per person and the aperitif & wine pairing at an additional AED 375 per person.
